Piece de resistance

pièce de ré⋅sis⋅tanceAdd Image

1. the principal dish of a meal OR

2. the most noteworthy or prized feature, aspect, event, article, etc., of a series or group; special item or attraction.

Remember how I said I added another little touch to my ten minute makeover on my foyer vignette? Well, I think you'll agree with me that the little vases of pacific blue sea glass and rocks (that I got on clearance at Target for only $1.24!) add the perfect touch-- they are the special item or attraction of the whole little tablescape! In this case, evolution happened and
it is very good. I lived with the tablescape for a day or so, and at the oddest of times (when I was supposed to be focusing on TAXES!) I remembered the gorgeous little bag of sea glass I had found on a shelf at Target.....It was obviously something someone carried around and
then decided against, and replaced on a random shelf just for me to find!! Meant.to.be!!! So
let me show you the picture w/o the two vases of sea glass and then the after, which took place some hours later.......

MMMUWahh......love it now!!!

It's beautiful! The perfect touch (and I am not surprised!) I think it's the "three thing" (not the technical term I know). Your arrangement had 2 blue areas, but with three it says WOW! :-)

You are too cha-cha for words!! Looks great and once I finish cleaning out my closets I am going to gather up all of my SLAH stuff and see what I can do with it all. Thanks for the southern inspiration...Lana
