An urgent prayer need for a sister and her child.....
Melanie at Bella Mella has a heavy heart...her son was diagnosed earlier this week with a brain tumor, and she is asking us to pray. I thought it was urgent enough that we could all be lifting up Andrew up in prayer, across the nation. Of course they are scared, tired, and wondering ........
Could you pray for them? I know they would appreciate it. Her daughter Audra, wrote this post on her behalf today.....

and even though we'd love to hug on Melanie and support her but can't because of distance, we can sure support her and her family in prayer. I'll be using Is.41:10 to pray, so that they will know the help of God, the strength of God and be confident in the fact the HE is their God. This is the very best way we can support her and her family right now....thanks friends. This is Andrew:

I'm so sorry to hear this. He is in my prayers...
Poor family. Isaiah 41:10 is my favorite verse. It always helps me focus when I am feeling worried. :)
So sorry to hear this news. I will be praying. I love that verse in Isaiah.
Wonderful of you to help spread the word. The Prayer warriors are on standby. Andrew added to my list. Amen to your prayer.

Always room for more on my prayer list! My now one year old cousin has been fighting Neuroblastoma for 4 months now and is doing great! So I have all the hope and faith that all be fine with your family too!
Hugs and prayers, Lisa
Agreeing with you in prayer, Sue!
Oh my, I'll sure be praying! I know firsthand how much prayer changes things...there is power in prayer!
This is heartbreaking. I went to the bella mella blog and read the update. It's just mind boggling how this can happen to a child. Even more mind boggling is how parents have the strength to get through this. I will pray that God is their strength and that their little boy would be healed.

Thoughts & Prayers for this family!
That is too sad. Prayers said.
This brought tears to my eyes. Makes what we're going thru seem pretty trivial. Prayers headed their way...hugs ~lynne~
Praying for Andrew and his family. My daughter is a cancer survivor and I am too, so I know what they are going through right now. May God wrap them in His loving arms. Love & blessings from NC!
Thanks for spreading the word Suzanne. This family really needs our prayers.
Sorry for not visiting lately...I am reading everything I have missed lately. I wish I had Photoshop, but wouldn't have the time to play with it right now.
Love all of the holiday ideas from SLAH!
I'll be back soon. I need to get busy on your painting!
