Some lovely bedrooms.....

Today I will show you some of the lovely bedrooms we saw on the model home tour. Some were VERY interesting! Think one would tire of this quickly? (You can click on all the images to see the detail.)

This bed had panels behind it with wall papers squares......interesting application, but I think I wouldn't choose it.
this was interesting; that's mosaic tile above the headboard, and the panels of fabric are mock windows. Just panels of fabric, no windows behind them.......I didn't get the mosaic tile there......I would have preferred a transom window there.

College bound????

This one rather contemporary, but I do love the green, white and black. They had graduated colors of green on the wall...three shades. The whole house, downstairs, was shades of green, and the black and white carried throughout.

Love the toile in this room....

A fun girls room:

Isn't this a lovely master suite?
Loved the blue and the white, and I loved how they had these prints hanging above the wicker bed!!

this was a lovely guest room, too; love the black furniture. It was such an inspiration going through these model homes....of course, people didn't live there, so they were nice and clean and uncluttered!!! :-)

Yay! Love model home pictures. :) Those are very nice bedrooms. It's interesting to me how popular the color brown is now. Here in Edmond, they try to make everything and I mean everything look old world. That means brown walls plus glazing. It's very dark. I like the southern look you found with color and molding. That's much more to our liking.

Funny how nice things look with no one living there. But then the "lived in " look is great to! I really liked the architect one! What a cool idea! Thanks for sharing!

You are right, they are each unique and in their own way, beautiful! I really enjoy seeing how people choose to decorate. My favorite...the one with the lovely toile.

Wishing you a wonderful Sunday!

I thought I was somewhat creative, but this puts me to shame! Great ideas for us to incorporate into our homes...always love seeing beautiful rooms that express our personalities and interests.

The girls rooms was cute and the master was really nice too. Some of the others were a bit too unusual for my taste! I love model home tours, so thanks for sharing your pictures!

I loved the girls room and how they did the paint behind the bed. Very pretty. That master suite was beautiful. I would love to have enough space for chairs in my bedroom.
Lovely!

I really enjoy the model home tours...for inspiration. The toile is always my favorite. .I'm still in search of the seemingly obsolete pink and black toile.
The upholstered headboard is the timeless classic. I had entertained the thought of making it myself, till it came to the tufting.
I think that's best left in the hands of the professionals.
I'm looking forward to more pics.

Sweet wishes,
Sara

I enjoyed your tour of the model home bedrooms. Such interesting and creative ideas these decorators come up with. My favorite is the girl's bedroom. I love how they painted the wall above the bed.
