More model home pics.....

come on in, and we'll look at more Model home pics! Sure makes me want to go back again! This is a tile "rug" inset into the hardwood floor......handsome!

This house had a library at the top of the stairs...it was lovely!

Some drapery pics.... I always love to look at the window treatments!

This is the house that had black, white and green throughout the bottom floor, various treatments of black and white, and shades of green.
Here is a shot of the bath....

A sunroom, or small living room...

These are cool window treatments in a very pretty dining room!

And another bath......

Hope you've enjoyed the tour!

Suzanne, I enjoyed the tour, and especially liked the "library" idea. We're overrun with books and are working on ideas for shelves in our bedroom. Thanks for these ideas. I always love looking at house pictures!

I love the tile "rug"! And the lights shining down on the books in the library. That's such a pretty effect.

I have to show these to my niece. Like I said before green and black it her favorite colors. She will love this house. She even has green and black braces on her teeth. LOL!

I love the black white and green too. It's kind of like your blog colors. :) I've tried to like the blue color that is so popular now but I just can't. Always love libraries!!!

My granddaughter has the square tiles over the bed in her bedroom. She is 12. Her bedroom is white, black and hot pink, absolutely precious. I loved that library too.

Just beautiful. Love the differnet looks of the drapes. The colors go really well together and that tile rug is really something. You can get some great ideas going to these. Have a great week. The Twins

Very pretty model home. I like the window treatments and the way they have styled the towel too.
Thanks for the tip about the felt pads. I have some in the kitchen in my junk drawer but didn't think to put them on. Bloggers are the best.
Thanks again,
Sue

We've sure come a long way from avocado green! I have such a fondness for frame trim. My hubby took on the project of applying the trim on each of the family room walls. It was quite an undertaking, but well worth it. We've painted the frames in a high-gloss white. Next comes a muted wallpaper recessed in the frames with a complimentary shade of color from the wallpaper for the walls.
He did a great job now I want him to put the same molding in the dinning room. Thanks again for the inspirational tour.

Sweet wishes,
Sara
