Enjoy this video about arranging flowers....I thought it had some really good ideas. I have a GIANT ball jar that I might just make a terrarium in after having watched this video......great idea! I've wondered what to do with that jar for a long time!!!

Always a day late and a dollar short...
1.I LOVE cut flowers. It is probably the ONE frivolous thing that this tightwad enjoys.
2. I basically like anything that blooms. I'm not drawn to expensive blooms or arrangements. I'm as happy with a daisy as a rose. I even like weeds.
3. I like variety, but it's usually the flowers that I like more than the container.
4. My husband brings me flowers...often

I love fresh flowers...most any, but especially roses, tulips, and daisies! ...well, orchids, too! I have a couple of pitchers and a vase that was given to us when we got married..I alternate between them. Usually it is my beloved husband, Doug who gives me flowers...but sometimes I buy them for myself. We grow a few flowers...my husband has a much greener thumb than I do.
