this is Lucie when we first got her, at 8 weeks.....
Look how much Lucie has grown in the last month!!! OH my goodness, it is so fascinating to watch her grow. She is almost house broken........and has not chewed up anything to destruction!!! I dare not get too comfortable yet. She is a little timid, and scared of loud noises. If we are outside and she is spooked, she high tails it for the door!!!
She also loves to be underneath things.......she has gotten too big to get under the chair in the den, where she took most of her naps for the first two or three weeks. Now she gets under the bookcase in the kitchen...She is really cute and sweet.
And I really didn't want a new puppy!! :)
Edited to answer a few questions.....the scary thing is I don't KNOW how big she is going to get!!! Acckk!! :)
And we think she is a golden retriever and boxer mix......with a little research, but mamma didn't actually tell us that! :)

She is precious! Do you have a crate for her? most dogs love having their own spot to go to. My little Molly has hers and loves it. My Casey had one for years and would go in for comfort, even when I wasn't out. They really like them even if you don't do the door!
She is so sweet, take LOTS of pics they do grow fast!
Hugs, Lisa
Oh, she is sweet!!!! I love that little puppy face. :)
Isn't she the sweetest thing?! She was a cute baby who's growing into a real beauty.
Wow she did get big quick....! I love the color of her coat, she is a pretty dog!
I had a very large english bulldog and he never chewed anything in my house except his own toys and bones......he really was one of a kind......I miss having a dog around the house, but with raynauds I can't walk a dog in this cold new england weather.
Maybe when we move to a warmer state (when tom is retired) we will get another dog.
That sweet face makes me want a doggie more. HH does not want one so I guess we won't get one. It is easy to fall in love with them. Blessings

She is so cute! Any idea how big she'll get? I'll keep crossing my fingers on the "no destruct-o" part. Have fun!
Lucie is adorable. Okay, now I have something to tell you. Don't hate me. We named our new kitty Lucinda Gooseberry, Lucy Goosey for short, or just Lucy. I love the name Lucy-Lucie-Luci-Luceeeeeeee. Does your Lucie have sweet puppy breath and does she make sweet puppy noises? I love puppies. Heck, who am I kidding, I love BABIES!
She's a doll! I can't believe how much she's grown. I know you are enjoying all her antics. Puppies are so much fun!
Aawww....she's so adorable and big!
You sound like me, I got Miller (Liz and David's Dauchsund) that I never asked for!
Oh, she is just adorable!
Oh she is so cute. I know you are enjoying her.
My daughter's dog, my granddog is named Luci. We call her Lu-Lu. (Well I, her Nonna, does anyway.
They sound a lot alike. Her puppy has grown really fast too and gets spooked very easily for some reason.
WOW...she has grown a lot! What kind of dog is she...she's gorgeous!
I love the Miracle Grow comment. What a sweetie of a puppy.
Hugs,
Sue

Her little face is adorable!! No wonder you fell in love with her. How interesting that we both did blogs on Goldens, although you get to take yours home. Keep us posted on her growth.
She's a cutie! They do grow really fast! We have a Golden and he's about 70 pounds now but he still thinks he's a puppy!

Oh my goodness, she is the cutest thing! Why is it that babies have to grow up so fast. It is such a bummer!
Awwwww Lucie is ADORABLE!!! Yep, I think she is gonna big a big one!!
Oh I am so jealous. We have been without a dog for five months and I am starting to get that longing feeling for one. We miss ours so much! (She passed away unexpectedly.) Lucie is so cute!
