    Those look delish! I still have a picture of a Mexican salad that you made and posted a picture of a couple of years ago...it looked so wonderful I just copied the picture and put it in a Word doc for my recipes folder! lol

    I love, love salads. I'm currently hooked on homemade, sweet dressings (except I use Splenda). Love salads with fruit, nuts, etc. Mmmmmmmm
